The homeowners wanted to replace the original cedar siding on their Ballard Tudor home with new cedar siding.  Since the house had lead paint, we set up containment for the entire home before removing the old siding, we removed and disposed all of the lead contaminated siding/trim from the worksite.  We installed vapor barrier and new (un-primed) cedar siding.  We later oil-primed and painted all surfaces of the home, in addition to building a custom porch entry roofed-trellis.

After re-siding the whole house and painting, the homeowner came to us with a unique project designed by a local architect.  They provided us with design plans and our carpenter, Jay, completed the project from start to finish. They are loving the functionality of this space – and, we do too.
